How to Launch the Mason Loader - Instructions

This guide brings together everything you need to launch Mason software from the ForgeCheats catalog. Preparation and activation are similar across all products - only a few details differ depending on the game, so find your product below.

The download link for your specific product's loader arrives in your ForgeCheats account immediately after payment - it is not included in this article and cannot be. Access is only granted through the buyer's account.

Games for which Mason software is available: Rust, DayZ, Unturned, ARMA 3 and War Tundra (including the separate MASON INTERNAL version).

Section A. Computer Preparation

A detailed guide with screenshots on disabling your antivirus and Windows Defender is already available in our article How to Disable Windows Defender and Antivirus to Run a Cheat - there's no need to repeat it here. For Mason software, there are a few additional steps not covered in that general article.

Remove FaceIt, Riot Vanguard, and Antivirus Software Using Revo Uninstaller

A regular uninstall through Control Panel often leaves these programs' drivers behind on the system - for a clean removal, the developer recommends Revo Uninstaller (video tutorial). Use it to remove FaceIt, Riot Vanguard, and any installed antivirus software.

After uninstalling, clear the Temp folder and Recycle Bin - files from already-removed programs sometimes remain there and can still interfere with the loader.

Sync the System Time

1. In Windows Search, type "Settings" → "Date & time".
2. Turn on "Set time automatically" and "Set time zone automatically" - even if they're already on, toggle them off and back on.
3. Click "Sync now".
4. Restart your router or modem.

This short procedure resolves most common Mason loader errors - if something doesn't work on the first try, start troubleshooting with this step.

Section B. Key Activation and Launching the Loader

1. Launch the game, set the display mode to "Windowed Fullscreen" (borderless) in the game's settings, then close the game.
2. Download the loader from the link in your ForgeCheats account, using your key.
3. Run the downloaded file as administrator, select your game in the loader window, and click "Launch".
4. Wait for the loader to close. On a successful injection, a checkmark message will appear, followed by a prompt to restart your computer. Click "Yes" and restart.
5. After restarting, launch the loader as administrator again, select the game, click "Launch", and wait for it to close.
6. Immediately after that, launch the game yourself.
7. Once the game has fully loaded to the main menu, press the Home key to open the cheat menu.

For RUST FULL, APEX LEGENDS FULL, and Hunt: Showdown only: the loader and injection must be run strictly from a USB flash drive. After injecting, be sure to remove the flash drive and delete the loader file from your PC - it must only be stored on the flash drive, not on your computer's disk.

MASON INTERNAL (War Tundra)

Launching MASON INTERNAL is slightly different:

• Before launching, switch DirectX from version 12 to version 11 in the game launcher's settings.
• A USB flash drive is not required - the loader runs directly from the PC.
• The cheat menu opens with the Insert key, not Home.

Otherwise, the process is the same: download the loader from the link in your account → run as administrator → select the game → "Launch" → wait for the checkmark message → launch the game right away.

Section C. Saving Cheat Settings

1. Configure the cheat in the game's main menu or directly during a match.
2. Open the cheat's CONFIGURATION tab and click Save config to clipboard.
3. Minimize the game, create an empty text file on your desktop, open it, right-click and select "Paste" - a string of random characters will appear. Save the file.
4. On subsequent launches: open the saved file, select all the text (Ctrl+A), and copy it with a right-click.
5. In the game, open the CONFIGURATION tab and click Load config from clipboard - the settings will load automatically.

Section D. Common Issues and Questions

Mason loader and cheat errors are numbered by the developer and almost always come down to a handful of basic causes. Below is a detailed breakdown of these solutions, followed by a list of specific error messages with a link to the relevant fix, or separate steps where an error needs its own approach.

Basic Solutions

Time Synchronization

Settings → Date & time → turn on automatic time and time zone detection (toggle it off and back on, even if it was already on) → "Sync now" → restart your router/modem.

Removing FaceIt / Riot Vanguard / Antivirus Software

Using Revo Uninstaller (video) - a regular uninstall often leaves drivers behind on the system. After removing them, clear the Temp folder and Recycle Bin, then restart your PC.

Disabling Defender via Defender Control

Download Defender Control, extract the archive (it's password-protected - the password is listed on the download page), run dControl.exe as administrator, and click "Disable Windows Defender" - the button should turn red.

Installing Visual C++ and WebView2

Download and install the Visual C++ Redistributable and the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime, then restart your PC. If WebView2 is already installed and the error persists - remove it via Control Panel and reinstall it.

Disabling Core Isolation

Device security → Core isolation → turn off "Memory integrity" (detailed guide). Requires a restart.

The bcdedit /set testsigning off Command

Command Prompt as administrator → run:

bcdedit /set testsigning off

Then restart your computer.

VPN for Key Activation or Injection

If syncing the time didn't help - install any VPN, connect to a server in Russia or another CIS country, and don't disconnect the VPN until the cheat menu successfully opens in the game.

Errors and Their Solutions

"ESP shows enemies incorrectly, the box is offset from the player"

Close the game, set the display scale to "100%" in the screen settings, and restart the cheat.

"ESP turns off after a while and won't turn back on"

Disable the page file in your system settings, restart your computer, and launch the cheat again.

"The cheat menu doesn't open in the game"

Restart your PC, disable Windows protection services, switch the game to windowed mode, download a fresh loader - see "Time Synchronization" above.

"Failed to connect to the server"

See "Time Synchronization" above. If that doesn't help - see "VPN for Key Activation or Injection".

"The required WebView2 Runtime could not be found"

See "Installing Visual C++ and WebView2" above.

"Failed to load a driver"

See "Removing FaceIt / Riot Vanguard / Antivirus Software" above.

"Failed to get ready Signal" / "Failed Signal"

Restart your PC and try launching again. After a successful injection, launch the game right away and open the menu with the Home key as soon as the main menu loads.

"Injection error"

See "Removing FaceIt / Riot Vanguard / Antivirus Software" above, then "VPN for Key Activation or Injection". If you're on Windows 10 22H2 with the latest updates and nothing helps - roll back the latest system update.

"Failed to register service"

Your version of Windows isn't supported by the cheat - check the system requirements on the product page or contact support to find out which version works.

"Anticheat running"

Launch the loader and cheat BEFORE starting the game, not while it's running - otherwise you risk an instant ban.

"Initialization error"

If Windows protection and your antivirus are already disabled, download a fresh loader from your account and move the file to drive C - don't run it from the Downloads folder or another drive.

"The system is under HVCI"

"LoadLibraru error"

See "Installing Visual C++ and WebView2" above.

"ESP floats, jitters, and lags behind the character"

Disable "Game Mode" and "Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling" in Windows settings, enable VSync in the game's settings, and restart the cheat.

"Failed to read connection"

Your ISP is blocking the program server's IP. With a dynamic IP - restart your router. With a static IP - use a VPN for launching and injecting, once injection succeeds the VPN can be disconnected.

"Failed to init krnl ctx"

Your antivirus (Kaspersky, Avast, AVG, or similar) or an anti-cheat (FaceIt, Riot Vanguard) is blocking the launch - see "Removing FaceIt / Riot Vanguard / Antivirus Software" above.

"Entry point not found: D3DX"

Install DirectX. If it's already installed - reinstall it.

"Key not found"

Make sure there are no extra spaces or characters in the input field. Copy the key again from your ForgeCheats account and paste it into the loader's input field with a right-click.

"Coonnection receive error"

This is a problem with the loader connecting to the server - contact ForgeCheats Discord support.

The download freezes and the loader shows "key not activated"

"Too many requests" / "Unknown error" when downloading the loader

Restart your router, disable Windows protection services and any third-party antivirus, and try a different browser.

"Failed to load driver (C000263, 0)"

Your Windows build is outdated - update to the latest version, or do a clean reinstall of Windows and install all necessary drivers.

"System initialization error"

Command Prompt as administrator → run:

net start winmgmt

If that doesn't help, enable the WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) service on your system.

"Windows Command Processor" is not working

The loader doesn't launch, no response after running as administrator

Switch your DNS servers to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1), restart your router. If that doesn't help - install WebView2, then try a VPN. If nothing works - contact support.

"Unknown error"

Remove your antivirus and anti-cheats, restart your PC, then see "Disabling Defender via Defender Control" above.

The "Launch" button doesn't respond in the loader

With the loader window open, press Tab several times until the "Launch" button is highlighted, then press Enter. If you have two monitors - disconnecting the second one sometimes helps.

"Failed to get imports"

See "Installing Visual C++ and WebView2" above.

"The connection was unexpectedly closed while receiving data"

See "VPN for Key Activation or Injection" above - use a server in Russia or a CIS country, don't disconnect the VPN during injection or while playing.

"Failed find register key (12)"

See "Disabling Core Isolation" above.

"Failed to download module"

Restart your computer and router, then try launching again.

"Fatal error"

See "Installing Visual C++ and WebView2" above.

"Failed to clear trace (1)"

Restart your PC, remove your antivirus and any third-party anti-cheats, disable Windows Defender - see the sections above.

"Failed to get system data"

See "System initialization error" above - run the net start winmgmt command in an administrator console.

"Unknown error" (recurring error during system scan)

Administrator console → run in order:

sfc /scannow
dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Wait for the scan to finish, then try launching the cheat again.

"Failed to map data [1]"

Roll back the latest Windows update to the previous build, then try launching again.

"Already initiated, please restart PC and try again"

Restart your PC, disable Windows protection services, try launching again.

"Failed to obtain system data"

Restart your PC and modem, disable Defender, remove your antivirus. If you're using a third-party HWID Spoofer - launch the cheat first, then the spoofer (or don't use a spoofer at all - the loader may be incompatible with it).

"Failed to create data directory"

Update Windows to the latest version, reinstall WebView2 (see "Installing Visual C++ and WebView2" above).

Error (RUST LITE Only): Freezes, Lag in the Game

In the game's settings, find the "GC Buffer (MB)" parameter and set it to 2048, save, and restart the cheat.

Error (RUST LITE Only): FAILED :: mapper init()

Download the fix file, run it as administrator, accept the registry changes, and restart your PC.

Error (RUST LITE Only): FAILED:: loaded wdfiltrt.sys

See "Disabling Defender via Defender Control" above - after disabling it, try launching again. If the error comes back after a restart, disable it via dControl once more.

Error (RUST LITE Only): Blue Screen During Injection

Delete the files with the .pdb extension located at C:\Windows\System32 (filenames may vary), restart your PC, and try launching again.

Error (RUST LITE Only): NTloadDriver

Your version of Windows isn't supported - check the cheat's system requirements and install a compatible version.

"0x00005. Error initialization"

Restart your PC and run the loader as administrator.

"0x00006/7. Error getting specific data"

Restart your PC, disable protection services, remove your antivirus and anti-cheats, download the loader again.

"0x00008. Error getting driver data"

Restart your PC and run the loader as administrator.

"Error 0x00009" / "Error 0x0000A"

Contact support through the site where you bought your key and attach the ntoskrnl.exe file from your system - the developer will look into it individually.

"Unhandled exception"

Make sure the loader is running as administrator. Run sfc /scannow in the console - if corruption is found, you'll need to reinstall Windows. If no errors are found - remove the latest Windows security updates, check your RAM for errors, try a VPN. If that doesn't help - see "Time Synchronization" above.

"Load drive error please contact to support"

Restart your PC, disable Defender, remove your antivirus and anti-cheats. On Windows 11: open the Registry Editor, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\CI\Config and set the VulnerableDriverBlocklistEnable value to 0, restart your PC.

"Hyper-V required, please enable it in the Windows"

Command Prompt as administrator → run in order:

DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /All /FeatureName:Microsoft-Hyper-V
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto

Restart your PC. If that doesn't help - enable virtualization in the BIOS (Intel VT-x / AMD-V) and try again.

"Secure Boot is not supported, please disable it in the BIOS"

Disable Secure Boot in the BIOS and try launching again.

Blue Screen of Death with the CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT Code

Command Prompt as administrator → run:

reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management" /v FeatureSettingsOverride /t REG_DWORD /d 3 /f

Restart your PC.

"Failed to connect to WMI server"

Enable the WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) service on your system and try launching again.

"Failed to load the library (3)"

"System integrity violation (1) / (2)"

See "The bcdedit /set testsigning off Command" above.

Error (RUST LITE Only): 0xc0000001

Use a VPN during injection. If that doesn't help - delete the .pdb files at C:\Windows\System32, clear the Temp folder and Recycle Bin, restart your PC.

"Failed to query registry value (1)"

Command Prompt as administrator → run the command, substituting your actual Windows version for the example:

reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion" /v DisplayVersion /t REG_SZ /d ВАША_ВЕРСИЯ /f

Restart your PC.

"No ready signal received"

See "Time Synchronization" above. After launching the cheat, press the menu key right away instead of waiting.

Error (RUST LITE on Windows 11 Only): mapper init error

See "Disabling Core Isolation" above.

Error (RUST LITE Only): Failed To load driver

Uninstall MSI Afterburner, clear the Temp folder, restart your PC.

"Failed to create thread (1)"

Disable Defender, remove your antivirus and anti-cheats, clear Temp, restart your PC.

"Failed to reboot the system"

Restart your PC manually and repeat the entire launch process - when the loader prompts you to restart, click "Yes".

"Failed to open the file"

The Windows boot partition needs to be repaired - contact support if you're not confident doing this yourself.

Error (RUST LITE Only): Failed to map driver. NTSTATUS: 0x00000000

Error (RUST LITE Only): Failed to load vulnerable driver (iqvw64e)

"Failed to load module (1)"

Use a VPN or proxy to launch the loader, once it starts successfully disconnect it and launch the game.

"Hyper-V" Error When Launching the Loader

Download the fix file, run it, wait for initialization to finish, restart your PC.

"Failed to get class [0 -> 7b1338a87e7461f9]"

Restart your computer and try launching again - the error won't reoccur.

Error (ARMA 3 Only): No In-Game Menu After Pressing HOME

Run the x64 version of the game - the cheat doesn't support the 32-bit version.

"Failed to open the file (1)"

Command Prompt as administrator → run:

mountvol X: /s && copy C:\Windows\Boot\EFI\bootmgfw.efi X:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\bootmgfw.efi && mountvol X: /d

Restart your PC.

Persistent PC Reboot Prompt After Injection

Download the fix file, run it and wait for initialization to finish, restart your PC, and try launching again.

Renewing Your Subscription

To renew your subscription or activate a key for another Mason cheat, click "Add key" in the loader's account panel, paste the new key with a right-click, and click "Add key" again - your subscription will refresh, or the new cheat will appear in the list on the left.
