Public Offer

This agreement (the “Offer”) is a public offer by the owner of forgecheats.com, operating under the ForgeCheats brand (“Seller”), to enter into a contract with any individual (“Buyer”) for a non-exclusive license to use the software (“Product”) under the terms below.

1. Subject of the agreement

1.1. Seller grants Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product (computer game software) for personal non-commercial purposes only.

1.2. All Product rights, including source code, algorithms, and design, remain with the rights holder.

1.3. The Product is bound to hardware (HWID) and may only be used on one device. Replacing the motherboard, CPU, or other key components is considered new-device usage and may block access.

2. Payment and delivery terms

2.1. Payment is made in full and upfront via available site payment systems.

2.2. After successful payment, Buyer receives Product access automatically or manually (via account, email, or Telegram).

2.3. Delivery is deemed complete upon provision of link, key, access, or instructions.

2.4. Average delivery time — instant. Maximum — 24 hours. Delays due to payment system failures are not breaches.

3. No-refund policy (general rule)

3.1. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, except as specified in Section 4.

3.2. Buyer agrees refunds are impossible if:

• Product was activated, downloaded, or used;
• Buyer selected the wrong product;
• Game account was banned by anticheat;
• Product temporarily unavailable due to game update;
• PC doesn’t meet system requirements;
• Buyer didn’t follow instructions;
• Product functionality was partially changed;
• Subscription period expired;
• Access credentials lost.

“Undetected” status is not a 100% ban-proof guarantee. Product use is at your sole risk.

4. Exceptions: when refunds are possible

4.1. Refunds are only possible in the following cases:

• Product access not provided within 24 hours without valid reason;
• Non-working key issued, confirmed by support;
• Product unavailable and cannot be delivered due to Seller’s fault.

4.2. Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours via official channels (Telegram, email).

4.3. Refund decisions are made solely by Seller. Refunds are processed via the original method within 30 days.

5. Buyer obligations

• Use Product for personal purposes only;
• Not share access with third parties;
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify;
• Follow installation and usage instructions;
• Verify Product status before purchase.

6. Liability

6.1. Seller is not liable for:

• game account bans;
• losses, viruses, PC malfunctions;
• violations of game platform rules.

6.2. Product is provided “as is,” without warranties of functionality, compatibility, or stealth.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1. Offer is valid from site publication until revoked.

7.2. Seller may amend Offer terms anytime. Revised version takes effect upon publication.

7.3. Payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of Offer terms.

7.4. All disputes are resolved pre-litigation. If unresolved — per Russian Federation law.
