User Agreement

By using the ForgeCheats website (the “Platform”), you automatically accept all terms of this Agreement.

If you disagree with any provision — immediately stop using the Platform.

1. General Provisions

By using the Platform, you automatically accept the terms of this Agreement.

If you disagree — immediately stop using it.

The Platform provides informational and technical infrastructure to view supplier offers and gain access to their products.

We do not guarantee software compatibility, safety, or performance.

2. Platform Role

• We do not create, modify, or distribute the Software.
• We are not responsible for:

• software content, quality, functionality, or updates;
• consequences of its use (including game account bans);
• actions or inaction of suppliers.

All disputes related to Software functionality are resolved directly with the supplier.

3. Product Access

After payment, you receive instructions and/or a software usage link from the supplier.

Access may include device binding, time-limited subscription, or other restrictions set by the supplier.

We do not store or directly provide you with executable files unless stated in the product description.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment is processed via the Platform to the supplier.

Refunds and exchanges are governed by the specific supplier’s policy.

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

• Software was activated or used;
• supplier’s policy does not allow refunds;
• issue relates to usage consequences (ban, incompatibility, post-game-update error, etc.).

Exception: refund is only possible if explicitly allowed by the supplier and confirmed in writing via our support.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

You use the Software at your own risk.

We do not guarantee:

• absence of blocks by game companies;
• stable operation after game updates;
• detection avoidance (even with “undetected” status).

All losses are your responsibility. The Platform does not compensate for Software-related damages.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content (design, text, logos) is protected by copyright.

Software available via the Platform is the property of its respective rights holders.

Prohibited:

• distribute, resell, or modify the Software;
• publish activation keys, links, or files publicly;
• perform reverse engineering or protection bypass.

7. Privacy and Data

We may collect technical information (IP, device, OS) for:

• fraud protection;
• fulfilling Agreement terms;
• analytics (without third-party sharing).

We do not access your game accounts, files, or passwords.

8. Changes

We may update this Agreement at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new version.
