Fortnite Treasure Hunters and One Piece: Do Cheats Still Work?

Fortnite Treasure Hunters and One Piece: Do Cheats Still Work?

Fortnite Treasure Hunters went live on November 1 as client v43.00, and it's the update where One Piece officially lands in the game: Luffy, Zoro, Usopp, Nami, Ace and the rest of the Straw Hat crew, on a new island called Crossbones Isle. If you play with Fortnite cheats, the part that matters is shorter than the patch notes. A new client means every build gets checked again before we sell it as undetected, so a cheat that ran fine on Halloween can sit on "updating" for a few days this week.

We keep the live answer on one page. The undetected Fortnite cheats list shows each build's current status and price, and we change that status once a build passes on the new client. Nothing here promises that a specific cheat works on patch day.

What Epic shipped in v43.00

Epic's BR dev team calls it "Fortnite Treasure Hunters", a season with no chapter number. Vice and Fortnite Tracker describe it as a mini-season that closes out Chapter 7, right after Override, which ended on October 31. Some sites say "Chapter 7 Season 5", but Epic hasn't used that label.

The One Piece crossover is official. The Straw Hats are on the island from day one, and Buggy and a Megalodon show up in week two. Per Fortnite Tracker and Vice, the Item Shop gets Luffy, Nami and Usopp on November 1, Zoro, Sanji and a Chopper sidekick on November 7, and Buggy on November 13. The same outlets, going off Epic's key art, say the Battle Pass has Portgas D. Ace and Nico Robin plus anime versions of Jonesy, Cuddle Team Leader and Charlotte. Luffy is a shop skin, not a pass reward.

Not every "captain" this season comes from One Piece. A$AP Rocky gets week one and a boss ship, The $.$. Rocky, then Lil Uzi Vert, Cuddle Team Leader, Hatsune Miku, Kasane Teto and Oscar take the following weeks.

Crossbones Isle runs 80-player lobbies

The new island holds 80 players instead of the usual 100. Named spots include The $.$. Rocky, Lantern Lanes, Baratie Bay, Windmill Village, Loguetown, Arlong Park, Crew's Cove, Plunder Port, Fort Fortuna, Rubber Resort and Captain's Cenote. There's also a hidden Map Fragment item that feeds into a bigger puzzle. Twenty fewer players means fewer third parties in every fight.

Devil Fruits, cannons and a different loot economy

Three One Piece abilities are in the loot pool: the Gum-Gum Fruit (Luffy), the Flame-Flame Fruit (Ace) and Zoro's Three Sword Style for melee. The new weapons are Usopp's Slingshot, the Bundlebuss Repeater Rifle, the Gilded Dragoon Shotgun, the Shock Rocket and the Explosive Cannon Ball, which you load into a cannon. The last two are disabled in Competitive. A handful of older guns are back too, the Sentinel Pump and Hammer AR among them.

The economy changed more than the guns did. Chests refill over time, gold is gone, NPC services are free and vending machines were pulled (Pocket-O-Matics stay in Zero Build). A Golden Apple now gives 40 Effective Health instead of 50 HP. Wanted Posters turn into treasure maps for Sprites, and 11 new Sprites joined the pool.

Why your cheat says "updating" after a client patch

A client update shifts the offsets and game code every build reads from, so the developer patches first and the build is checked again on the live client. Until that's done we mark it updating and stop recommending it, even if the old version ran clean for months.

At the time of writing, BTG, DULLWAVE, FECURITY, ANCIENT and KRUSH carry that status. If you searched "ancient fortnite" or "dullwave fortnite", that's the straight answer: both are updating, and we don't give return dates. Everything else is marked undetected, but any status can flip with the next hotfix, so check the hub before you pay.

What ESP can and can't show on Crossbones Isle

With chests refilling and no gold to farm, knowing where loot sits matters more than last season. Only two builds in our Fortnite catalog have Loot ESP: the full GHOST and GHOST ESP. Both mark loot by category: weapons, ammo, shields, heals, throwables and traps. GHOST ESP is the visuals-only version with no aimbot at all. You get Platform and Rank tags on every enemy, a radar with a compass bar, and Hide From Capture, which keeps the menu off recordings and streams. Its card lists the Epic Games client.

The limits are worth spelling out. None of the builds we carry has a filter for Devil Fruits, Wanted Posters, Map Fragments, Sprites or the new ships. What some builds do give you is weapon info on enemies. ARCANE has Held Weapon ESP, the DMA build shows what each enemy is armed with, and MASON draws the weapon in a player's hands plus a separate flag when they're reloading.

Ranked reset, Zoro Cup and Buggy Cup

Treasure Hunters also starts a new Battle Royale ranked season, with new Elite, Champion and Unreal icons and rank rewards from Gold up to Unreal. Epic hasn't posted dates for the ranked season. Two cups are on the calendar: One Piece: Zoro Cup on November 6 and One Piece: Buggy Cup on November 13, each paying out the matching skin (plus a Treasure Box in countries where that's allowed). Our piece on the unified rank and Unreal Legends covers it.

Tournaments play by stricter rules. Since February 19, 2026, every PC tournament requires Secure Boot, TPM and IOMMU. Epic says roughly 95% of PC players whose machines can run Windows 11 already meet that or can turn it on without new hardware. Regular matches don't require any of it. Under the FNCS rules, a competitive ban of 14 days or more makes you ineligible, and Epic's sanctions run from a warning up to a permanent Fortnite ban. Our guide to Cash Cups, FNCS and tournament checks goes into what gets looked at.

Prize cups get manual checks and lawsuits have followed them, so they are a much bigger risk than public matches. For ranked, COURIERSCRIPT's ESP puts each enemy's Season Rank above their head.

Does Fortnite use BattlEye? The anti-cheat this season

Yes, together with Easy Anti-Cheat. Epic describes its setup as EAC with kernel-level protection, plus monitoring of suspicious behavior with data and machine learning, and BattlEye runs in the game as well. We found no new anti-cheat measures, ban waves or hardware requirements announced with Treasure Hunters. How the two systems split the work is in our EAC and BattlEye explainer.

What Epic has done lately is go to court, mostly against the people selling. In February a player who cheated and DDoSed servers got a lifetime ban across all Epic services, a lawsuit and a forced public apology, and Epic also sued a cheat developer who sold his own software. In late July, according to Beebom and TalkEsport, Epic sued a DMA cheat seller, who apologized publicly, took a permanent ban and agreed to stop selling cheats. An earlier case against a tournament cheater ended with $175,000 and a permanent ban. Epic's wording is "at minimum a ban", with possible legal consequences on top.

For a regular player the realistic outcomes are an account ban or a hardware ban, and those are two separate things. Epic account bans versus HWID bans explains both. HYPER, IGNITE and VENGEANCE in our catalog have a spoofer listed on the card.

Picking a build for Treasure Hunters

There's no single best pick. It depends on how you play.

  • You trust your own aim and want map info: GHOST ESP gives you loot, radar and enemy rank from about $4 a day, with no aimbot in the menu.
  • You want aim, ESP and radar in one menu: MASON has aim prediction for moving targets at range, the reload flag, Battle mode and a Panic key. It is the only one here with a lifetime option, around $295.
  • You're on a budget: COURIERSCRIPT starts around $3 a day with an aimbot, Delta/Bullet prediction and Season Rank ESP. PRIME is the backup, with per-weapon aim settings and a FOV from 5 to 360 degrees at $10 a day. Its card lists the Epic games client and windowed mode.
  • You'd rather keep the cheat off your gaming PC: FORTNITE DIRECT DMA needs a DMA card and a second machine, aims through a hardware mouse emulator and costs $10 a week or $25 a month. The July lawsuit targeted a seller, but DMA doesn't make an account ban-proof.

Where to check status after the next hotfix

Statuses on the Fortnite cheats hub change as builds pass checks on the current client, and more hotfixes will land during the season. Fan wikis and Fortnite Tracker put the Chapter 7 finale event on Saturday, December 5, but Epic's post gives no end date and Chapter 8 hasn't been announced. Think twice before buying a full month in the season's last week.

We post status changes after seasonal updates in our Telegram (300+ members) and on Discord (2000+ members). If you're not sure which build fits your PC, ask there before you buy.

Fortnite Treasure Hunters cheats: quick answers

Are Fortnite cheats undetected after v43.00?

Some are, some aren't yet. Only builds marked undetected on our Fortnite cheat list are sold as working after the v43.00 recheck. ForgeCheats gives no return date for builds still updating.

Can I use a cheat in the Zoro Cup or Buggy Cup?

We'd advise against it. PC tournaments require Secure Boot, TPM and IOMMU, prize events get checked, and a 14-day competitive ban costs you FNCS eligibility.

Does any cheat highlight Devil Fruits or Wanted Posters?

No. Loot ESP in GHOST and GHOST ESP covers weapons, ammo, shields, heals, throwables and traps. No card in the ForgeCheats catalog lists Devil Fruits, Wanted Posters, Map Fragments or Sprites.

Did Epic change the anti-cheat for Treasure Hunters?

Not that we could find. EAC and BattlEye work as before, and the PC tournament requirements date back to February.
